Chazz Packham is an extremely hard working, punctual young man , who. Did the excavation ground prep and base prep for a 30'x40' concrete shop pad for me in July. 2022.. four foot deep foundation bases on both with 3 layers of rebar. Concrete contractor Ben Sorensen told me it was very high quality work.

A Grade Excavation does excellent work. They finished the job in a timely manner. I was very impressed. Give them a call, they'll take good care of you.??????

Chazz came out and replaced our broken sewer line. Not only that but he also laid the cement he had to tear up to get to the sewer pipe. The front of our house looks so much better, and the inside works better too lol He was reliable, fast and very professional. I would recommend him 10 times outa 10!

The timing of our water line rupture was the worst time of year and even though Chazz was busy he made the time to come help us with our emergency. Chazz was very friendly and professional. He arrived at the site very quickly and knew what he needed to do. Chazz was willing to work late hours to make sure the job was done and done right. I would definitely use A grade excavation again.

We had a great experience with Chazz. Our driveway was in need of some "A grade" grade work. Had some big pot holes so when it rained you would be parking in a pool and jumping to the nearest dry spot. Chazz came out, gave us a free estimate and honored his price and time line he would do it in. Had it done in a day! Our drive way is level, hard and pot hole free. He even went the extra mile and leveled out part of the easement which was nice. I highly recommend A Grade Excavation to anyone who has an excavation project. Big or small.

This was a big job digging a water line 1000 foot and excavating the perimeter of the house to slope water away from house. Chazz was able to start right away, worked every day long hours and kept me informed alog the way. I will definitely use him again.

Good communication and a very skilled excavator operator. He worked in an area of our property with a lot of existing buried utilities and was extremely careful to take the time to do everything right and did not touch or damage them. Great leveling of the area after backfilling. Would recommend and use again for future projects.
